摘    要:从影响现有自动扶梯测量仪性能不够稳定,功能不够完善,操作尚且复杂等因素出发,提出一种基于Freescale S12X系列MCU双通道、多参数自动扶梯测量仪的设计方案.设计通过光电式旋转编码器获取测量参数信息,MCU处理后经由12864液晶显示屏显示的方法实现测量.研究结果表明,设计成的测量仪能够对自动扶梯的运行速度、加速度、梯级与扶带的同步率及制停距离几个重要参数进行自动检测,测量误差及分辨率均符合自动扶梯新的国家标准GB 16899-2011之要求.

Abstract:By considering the existing measurements with instability performances , incomplete functions and complicated operations , this thesis proposes a design proposal of Freescale S12X series MCU-based , portable , double-channeled and multi-parameter detecting system for auto-escalator.The design handles parameter information which obtained through optical encoder by MCU , then displays results by the LCD12864.The experimental data indicates that the measurement can detect the speed , acceleration , stair / handrail synchronization and stopping distance automatically.The inaccuracy and resolution ratio agree well with the new National Standard GB 16899 — 2001for elevator.
