煤气加压机跳机原因分析及对策措施

摘    要:通过对宝钢1号煤气加压站的加压机过负荷跳机的故障研究分析,得出其故障产生原因是加压机吸入了高密度的焦炉煤气。为防止煤气加压机跳机故障的发生,提出了相关对策措施,并对其日常运行监控和日后处理类似的问题提出了参考建议。

Abstract:The booster overload trip in No.1 gas boosting station of Baosteel was analyzed in depth,The reason is that high density of coke oven gas has been absorbed.In order to prevent the same failure again,some countermeasures and suggestion are proposed.They are also helpful for the daily operation and similar problem treatment of the gas booster.
