摘    要:根据让那若尔油田低压、高气液比的油藏特征,设计出一种压裂气举排液及完井一趟管柱。该管柱在常规压裂管柱上安装气举阀,在油井压裂施工结束后不起出压裂管柱,采用气举方式实现压裂液快速返排和连续气举完井生产,是压裂工艺和气举技术的结合,一趟管柱实现压裂、排液及连续气举完井生产3项功能。24口井的应用表明,该管柱承受压力高,排液速度快,不动管柱可实现连续气举生产,既简化了作业程序,又能达到增产增效的目的,在油田具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:With the reservoir characteristics of low pressure and high gas-liquid ratio in Zanarol Oilfield,a one-trip string for fracturing,gas lift,fluid discharge and well completion is designed.A gas lift valve is installed in the new string based on the common fracturing string.There is no need to pull out of the fracturing string after the completion of the fracturing operation.The gas lift method is used to realize the rapid flowback of fracturing fluid and continuous gas lift production.With the combination of fracturing technology and gas lift technology,the three operations of fracturing,fluid discharge and continuous gas lift production can be carried out by using the one-trip string.The application in 24 wells shows that the string features' high pressure endurance,rapid fluid discharge and the realization of continuous gas lift production without removing the string.The technology can not only simplify the operating procedure,but also be helpful for production increase,which shows good prospect of widespread application.
