纳米SiO_2对水性聚丙烯酸酯防火涂料性能的影响

摘    要:采用乳液聚合的方法制得纳米SiO_2丙烯酸酯复合乳液,通过加入膨胀型防火助剂制得水性防火涂料。利用DSC等手段对涂层结构及热性能进行了表征,探讨了涂层防火性能与纳米填料的关系。结果表明,纳米SiO_2与涂层基料树脂间有明显的相互作用,并影响到涂层在受热时的热行为,3%(质量分数)的SP1型可将钢板背温由150℃降到125℃,5%(质量分数)的SS1型SiO_2可将钢板背温由150℃降到110℃。

Abstract:Emulsion polymerization being used, we have obtained nano- SiO2 acrylate composite emulsion, and adding intumescent fire-retardant additives, we have prepared water-borne fire-retardant coatings. Adopting DSC method to token structure and thermal property, of the film. this paper discusses the relationship between coating fire-rctardant propert3, and the nano-filler, showing that significant interaction between nano- SiO2 and coatings binders is exist and the interaction will influence the thermal behavior of film when heated, SP1 SiO2 of 3%(wt) decreasing back temperature of steel plate from 150℃ to 125 and SS1 SiO2 of 5%(wt) decreasing back temperature of steel plate from 150 ℃ to 110℃.
