摘    要:利用有限元软件AN SY S和声学边界元软件SY SNO ISE对U型管道结构的受激振动与辐射声场进行分析.首先在AN SY S软件中计算结构受结点力激励时外表面的法向位移;然后提取耦合面单元网格数据及其法向位移,作为SY SNO ISE软件中的边界元模型和边界条件,计算出结构体的表面声压和外声场.通过对U型管声振模型计算分析,发现壳体厚度和耦合振动模态对于受激振动辐射声场具有一定影响.本文的研究为解决工程实际中管道振动中的噪声控制与设计优化提供了方便有效的途径.

Abstract:Vibrations of an excited U-shape pipe and its radiation field are investigated by using FEM software ANSYS and acoustic BEM code SYSNOISE.The normal displacement on the coupling surface which is stimulated by node force is calculated in ANSYS firstly.Then the mesh element information and normal displacement of the outer surface are drawn out and are set as the boundary conditions of the BEM model.Based on this,the surface sound pressure and outside sound field are computed.For the U-shape pipe under consideration,it is shown that the thickness of U-shape pipe and coupling model have some influence on vibroacoustic radiation.The study gives an convenient and effective way for noise control and optimum design of vibration pipe in engineering.
