合金轴承座挤压过程中金属流动规律的研究

摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法,得出了HAL60—1—1合金止推轴承座挤压成形过程中与凸模顶面接触的金属不产生径向流动。并通过画有网格的铅料进行挤压试验,试验结果验证了此结论,证明凸模顶端的凸起结构没有在接触面上拉出沟槽。最终用HAL60—1—1合金进行试验,加工出了止推轴承座成品。

Abstract:This paper uses the method of numerical simulation to draw a conclusion that the metal contacting the top of punch has no radical flow in the extrusion forming process of HAL60-1-1 thrust bearing saddle.Then the conclusion is proved by the experiment results by taking the extrusion experiment through the Pb material which carving grid.And the experiment also proves that there are prominent structures on the punch,and the punch will not scratch a furrow in process of extrusion forming.At last,the finished pr...
