基于骨骼肌仿真的3D打印支撑结构

摘    要:为了保证可打印三维模型中空结构具有足够强度与节省材料,基于仿骨骼肌结构特性对3D打印模型内部支撑结构进行研究.用分水岭算法对将单层骨骼截面图像进行处理并在可打印分层结构上与目标模型进行拼接与图形优化,经由Matching Cube算法还原三维模型.经过仿真计算,输出所需带内部支撑结构的可打印模型.实验分析表明:该方法可以增加对模型指定方向的受力强度,对保证结构强度、节约打印材料有较好的实际意义与理论研究价值.

Abstract:In order to keep the internal hollow structure strength of the printed 3D model and save printing materials, in this paper, the internal supporting structure of 3D model was studied by simulating the skeletal muscle structure. By watershed algorithm, one layer biological image was processed and combined with the target model on the printable layered structure. The 3D models was reproduced by matching cube method. Finally the needed model was output with the internal supporting structure through computation. By the analysis of the constitutive property with different models, it shows that with the method in this paper the strength of the model can be increased when the force of the specific direction appears. Also, when this method ensures the structural strength, it can save the printing material, and has better practical significance and theoretical research value too.
