地区调度与配电管理一体化系统的网络设计

摘    要:介绍地区调度与配电管理一体化系统的相关概念,描述了一体化系统信息获取与处理性能上的特殊要求,针对这样的问题,设计了双网系统,以增加系统运行带宽,保证系统可靠运行。文中阐述了设计双网系统时遇到的问题和解决的方法,系统实际运行情况表明该方案是可行的。

Abstract:The concepts and special demands on network bandwidth of regional dispatching and distribute management integrated system are described.The system includes energy management system EMS ,system control and data acquisition SCADA ,distribute training system DTS ,distribute m anagem ent inform ation system,geography inform ation system GIS ,feedline autom ation,automatic mapping/facility management etc.Because the mentioned various sub- systems are different from each other in speed and throughput,a dual network system by using m ulti- queue and multi- thread technology is proposed and designed to solve the comm unication problem.The actual system testing proves the feasibility of the scheme.
