摘    要:主要介绍攀钢2#连铸机二级过程计算机系统中的一个重要模型———LPC模型,它在连铸生产过程中实时计算板坯的温度分布情况,并完成板坯的切片跟踪,为轻压下提供温度参数,为二次冷却水的优化喷水提供温度参数。模型系统的应用,改善了铸坯内部质量,使连铸机能适应多类钢种的浇铸,提高了连铸机作业率,为实现高效连铸起到了重要作用。

Abstract:An important LPC model in two level process computer system for No 2 continuous casting machine of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company is introduced.In continuous casting production process,it can calculate real-time temperature distribution on slab,trace cutting of slab,and provide temperature parameters for soft-reduction and optimizing spray control of secondary cooling water.Since the model system was applied,internal quality of slab was improved,the continuous casting machine can cast many kinds of steel grade,and operating efficiency was raised.The model plays important role for realization of high efficient continuous casting.
