回流式循环流化床烟气脱硫技术在火电厂的应用

摘    要:介绍回流式循环流化床烟气脱硫技术的发展状况、工艺过程、特点及其在恒运电厂7号炉210MW机组的应用,给出了该工程的设计条件、参数及调试结果,阐述在设计和调试过程中应注意的问题,分析影响脱硫效率的因素,提出降低粉尘排放浓度的措施。

Abstract:The paper briefs the developmental situation, technological process, features of recirculation type circulating fluidized bed(RCFB) flue gas desulfurization (FGD) and its application in No.7 boiler (210 MW) of Guangzhou Hengyun Power Plant; gives the designconditions, parameters and debugging results of the project; describes the problems needing attention in design and debugging process;analyzes the factors affecting FGD efficiency and puts forward the measures to reduce dust emission concentration.
