摘    要:教学质量、人才培养质量是衡量一所学校办学水平和管理水平的重要指标,是高校教学工作的出发点和归宿点.课堂教学是教学活动的主要环节,是一个启发、培养学生创造性思维的场所.因此,高等学校要提高自身的办学实力和社会地位,必须鼓励和督促教师把提高教学质量的任务落实到优化课堂教学中去,不断优化教学过程,确保人才培养质量.

Abstract:Teaching quality and personnel training quality are important indexes to evaluate the running and administration of a school. They are a starting and home point of the teaching in higher education institutions. Meanwhile, the classroom teaching is the main link in the teaching activity where the creative thinking of students is fostered. Therefore, the colleges and universities, to improve the school strength and social position, must encourage and urge the teachers to improve teaching quality while optimizing classroom teaching so as to perfect teaching procedure and guarantee the quality of personnel training.
