| 摘 要： | 本装置是板式蒸发装置,主要适用于明胶蒸发、灭菌工艺过程,其目的是浓缩明胶液体,并进行灭菌处理。通过这一工艺过程后明胶原有的透明度、冻力、粘度及营养成分保持不变。本装置还可应用于果蔬汁、牛奶、制药、环保废液蛋白质回收等行业。

| Abstract: | The equipment concerned is a plate evaporation device which is suitable for use in evaporation and sterilization process of gelatin to perform concentration and sterilization. The advantage of this technology is it can keep the original transparency, bloom gel strength, viscosity and nutrition after processing. It can also be used for the industries of fruit and vegetable juices, dairy, pharmacy and protein recovery from waste water,etc. |
