| 摘 要： | 金属切削机床导轨出现磨损及深度拉伤、划痕等缺陷时，均需进行恢复性修理，特别是对机床导轨不具备加工能力或条件有限的情况下，对导轨进行刷镀修复显得特别适用，本文简要介绍了对铸铁机床导轨的刷镀修复工艺及其要点。

| Abstract: | The machine guide way need to recover when it be wearied, deeply pulled or scratched for the metal cutting, and especially at the condition of no way or absent way to rocess the guide way, it's economical and utility to repair the guide way by brush plating. This paper introduced the brush plating technique and it's key point for repairing cast iron machine guide way. |
