摘    要:阐述了大连沿海国际中心5号楼为超限高层建筑,结构形式采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,介绍了该工程的特点、超限情况、基于性能的抗震设计目标,并分别进行了小震、中震和大震作用下的整体计算分析和大震作用下的弹塑性变形验算,结果表明该结构抗震性能良好。

Abstract:It illustrated that Dalian costal international center No.5 building was top building overrun,whose structural form adopted reinforced concrete shear wall structure.The engineering characteristics,overrun situation and aseismic design goal based on performances were introduced,the integral calculation analysis under small,middle and large earthquake effect and elastic-plastic underlarge earthquake were checking calculated,and the result indicated that the structural seismic performance was better.
