摘    要:在分析DALSA公司的IA_G3 COMS面阵传感器驱动时序基础上,设计了SPI模式的寄存器配置电路,实现了CMOS图像传感器的成像功能.通过开窗口技术,方便地实现了感兴趣区域图像的读出.选用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为载体,使用VHDL语言对驱动时序发生器进行了硬件描述.采用Quartus II 7.1软件对所做的设计进行功能仿真后,将程序烧写入FPGA(ALTERA公司的EP2C20F484C8)内,对IA_G3图像传感器进行配置,实验结果表明,上述电路满足CMOS相机的驱动要求.
