摘    要:针对目前电加工、激光加工等特种加工工艺的需求,设计了一款以AVR单片机为控制器核心的新型数控平台。该平台采用光栅尺进行反馈,组成闭环控制系统,控制算法采用比较积分法插补算法,较传统的非插补算法在稳定性和精确度方面有了明显的改善。系统能够沿直线和特定曲线等轨迹进行运动,满足了工业生产中平面加工的要求。实际测试证明,该系统具有结构简单、运行平稳、精确度高、性价比好等优点。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of special working technology of electromachining and laser processing presently,a new numerical control stage using AVR as the central controller is developed.The system uses the raster ruler to feed back aiming to be a closed-loop control system.It uses not the traditional arithmetic but the comparative integral interpolation arithmetic which is much better at the stability and the accuracy.The system can move in a straight line,also in a special curves which can meet the requirement of the plane processing in the industrial production.Tests show that the system has the characteristic of simple structure,moving steadily,high precision and advanced performance-to-price ratio.
