摘    要:高炉炉缸炉底安全是高炉高效、长寿的限制性环节。在应用数学模型监控炉缸侵蚀状态时,前提需要采用数学方法建立导热系数与温度之间的数学表达式,采用数据预处理方法处理有缺陷数据,在有效识别炉缸异常现象特征后,提出正确边界条件,才能提高预判准确度。

Abstract:Keeping blast furnace hearth and blast furnace bottom safe operation is the restrictive part of blast furnace operations with high efficiency and long campaign life. Firstly the mathematical expression between the thermal conductivity coefficient and temperature should be established by mathematical method in monitoring the eroded state of hearth by using the mathematical model. Then the defect data should be processed by the data pre-processing method. When the characteristics of the abnormal phenomenon occurred at hearth were discriminated availably, the correct boundary conditions can be proposed so that the accuracy of pre-judgement for the blast furnace can be improved.
