摘    要:巴基斯坦塔贝拉水电站四期扩建工程下游直腹式钢板桩围堰,存在超30m水深条件下光滑的钢板桩围堰桩格与无衔接埋件的原有混凝土边墙衔接的问题。在工程实践和衔接方案比选研究的基础上,提出了采用砂砾石围堰段结合高喷混凝土防渗墙与钢板桩刺墙的新型衔接方案,并从施工质量分析、设计要点、施工工艺、施工效果等方面介绍了该衔接方案。工程实践结果表明,衔接段的结构稳定性和抗渗稳定性良好,可为相关工程的设计和施工提供参考。

Joint Construction and Its Effect of High Steel Sheet Pile Cell and Concrete Wall
Abstract:Straight web steel sheet pile downstream cofferdam of Tarbela stage-4 extension hydropower project construction is located in Pakistan. A problem of the project was how to joint the slick steel sheet pile with the existing concrete wall without embedded parts in the condition of over 30 m deep water. Based on engineering practices and program comparison studies, the joint type of gravel cofferdam combined with high-pressure jet grouting and junction piles was proposed. The paper introduced this joint type from analysis of construction quality, design points, construction technology, and construction effect. Project practice results show that the joint section of cofferdam has good structural stability and seepage stability, which can provide reference for design and construction of the related engineering.
