机械零件的可靠性耐久强度计算

摘    要:<正> 机械零件按常规耐久强度设计的可靠度是很低的,难于满足某些重要零件的设计要求。因为这种常规设计没有考虑载荷,材料性能以及零件的结构和尺寸的离散性与随机变化。本文从概率论和数理统计的观点论述了机械零件的可靠度计算和可靠性耐久强度校核,为机械零件的结构和尺度优化提供了一种新的设计方法。


The Reliability Endurance Strength Calculation of Machine Elements
Abstract:Conventional endurance strength design of machine elements is ofquite low reliability.It is difficult to meet the design requirements of someimportant elements,because this kind of conventional design doesn'tconsider the discreteness and random fluctuation of load,material behaviorwith element's structure and size.This paper in the point of view ofprobability theory and mathematical statistics discusses reliabilitycalculation and reliability endurance strength check of machine elements.It furnishes a new method of design for structure and size optimizationof machine elements.
