Abstract:according to the technical test of Erhai Lake water quality improvement in Dali City,based on the PPP project of Erhai Lake Pollution interception project,this paper studies the technical scheme of Erhai Lake non-point source pollution regulation and storage treatment,and puts forward the spatial pattern of non-point source pollution control and the concept of multi-level resistance surface of pollution sources for the first time.In the scheme,sponge storage and infiltration facilities,urban sewage treatment plant,ecological pond and ecological wetland are used to build a four-level regulation and storage system for urban non-point source pollution control,and a three-level regulation and storage system for agricultural non-point source pollution control is used for ecological pond,ecological river and lakeside ecological belt.The plan fundamentally changes the traditional concept of non-point source pollution control,which relies on large-scale construction of regulation and storage structures and pipe networks,makes up for the loopholes of Overflow Pollution in the traditional drainage system,realizes multiple benefits of rainwater management,non-point source reduction,water conservation,landscape building and waterlogging prevention,and solves the problem of Erhai sea source pollution.
