摘    要:讨论了不同掺量和不同细度的废砖粉对混凝土坍落度、强度和干燥收缩的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)分析其微观结构.分析结果表明:废砖粉的掺入会降低混凝土的坍落度、早期强度和干燥收缩率,而且这些性能还会随着废砖粉掺量的增加而下降.但当废砖粉在比表面积为554m2/kg且掺量不超过10%的情况下,则可以明显提高混凝土的后期强度...

Abstract:The effect of waste brick powder with different proportion and fineness on slumps,strengths and drying shrinkage were investigated and the scanning electron microscopy was also used to analyze the microstructure.The results indicate that the slumps,early strengths and drying shrinkage of concrete was reduced by the utilization of waste brick powder,and a further reduction would go on with the increase of the waste brick powder contents.However,when the content of waste brick powder is less than 10%within specific surface area of 554 m2/kg,the later strength of concrete is remarkably increased because the waste brick powder obviously increases the compactness of concrete and improves the interface structure between aggregates and cement paste matrix.The strength is increased and drying shrinkage is reduced.
