Abstract:2,4,6-Trinitrophenol(also known as picric acid,TNP in short) is a kind of important energetic material,widely used in the field of manufacturing of the initial explosive.For the purpose of bioremediation of TNP,using TNP as sole carbon and nitrogen source,three TNP degrading isolates,are isolated from the soil contaminated in long term by TNP.Among the three TNP degrading isolates,NJUST16 exhibits the best TNP degrading ability.NJUST16 is identified as Rhodococcus sp.through morphological observation,16S rD...
