| 摘 要： | 介绍了粘度等级为Ｎ１００，Ｎ１５０，Ｎ２２０，Ｎ３２０高速线材轧机油膜轴承油的研制过程，包括对高速线材轧机油膜轴承油基础油的研制，添加剂配方的筛选，并从理论上进行了论述，以较充分的实验数据进行了验证。研制油的性能经全面分析测定质量标准相当于美钢－１３６和ＭｏｂｉｌＶａｃｕｏｌｉｎｅ３２８、３３０、３３７油膜轴承油规格标准。

Development of Lubrication Film Bearing Oil for High-Speed Wire Rolling Mill |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the programmes of developing lubrication film bearing oil with viscosity level N100,N150,N220and N320have been introduced, including choosing base oil for lubrication film bearing oil and optimizing addictives. These have been explained on the theory and confirmed with enough experimental data. After analysing its various properties, it has been found that the quality of studied oil is equivalent to that of the following lubrication film bearing oil: US.S-136、Mobil Vaculine 328,330and 337. |
