柴油机微粒过滤器电加热再生技术的试验研究

摘    要:目前的电加热分区再生技术不能在柴油机各种工况实现再生,这是使其不能实际应用的原因之一。为了克服这一缺点,作者在分析电加热分区再生过程的特点和再生成功必须具备的条件基础上,探索出了一种新的再生方法。使用这一方法,在柴油机各种工况下再生都能成功,为电加热分区再生实现自动控制奠定了基础。另外,作者改进了再生系统中电阻丝布置和分区方法,并进行了试验研究。证明改进后的电阻丝布置是可行的。

Abstract:The electrical regeneration method can not be effective under all the working conditions of diesel engine.In order to solve this problem,with a new regeneration method is developed after having analyzing the characteristics of electrical regeneration process and the regeneration requirements.With the method the filter could be regenerated at all diesel conditions.The improvement of this method made it possible that electrical regeneration system could be regenerated automatically.Furthermore the authors improved the arrangement of resistors and carried out tests.The results of the tests showed that the arrangement of resistors in this mode were feasible.
