| 摘 要： | 技术创新需要企业投入大量的资金和人才，其研究结果具有不确定性，因此，企业需要一种激励机制来开展技术创新研究。而这种激励机制应是产权激励、市场激励、政府激励和企业内部自身激励的组合。有效发挥企业技术创新激励机制的作用，才能不断推动企业积极自主地进行技术创新。

| Abstract: | Technology innovation needs enterprises to put large amount of money and talents and the results are uncertain.Therefore,enterprises need an incentive mechanism to encourage technology innovation research which should be the integration of ownership incentive programs,market incentive programs,government incentive programs and enterprises incentive programs.The positive technology innovation of enterprises is fostered only by effectively exerting the functions of technology innovation incentive mechanism of enterprises. |
