SBR工艺处理垃圾渗滤液小试研究

摘    要:采用混凝沉淀+SBR组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液小试研究。结果表明:混凝沉淀预处理可以有效降低SBR处理工艺的污染物负荷,在pH为7,搅拌方式为:250r/min,1min和50r/min,10min,沉淀40min条件下,其CODcr和SS的去除率分别可达到40%和65%左右。在SBR处理系统中控制曝气时间,曝气3h和缺氧搅拌1h,形成缺氧-好氧运行环境,对CODcr和氨氮的去除率均可达到80%以上。

Abstract:The coagulation cedimentation and SBR process were used to treat landfill leachate wastewater. The results showed that the coagulation cedimentation pretreatment can greatly reduce contamination load, the removal rates of CODer and SS can reach 40% and 65% , respectively, when pH was 7, and mixing method were 250r/min, 1 min and 50r/min, 10min and sedimentation time was 40min. In SBR treatment system, when the aertion time was 3h and oxygen mixing time was lh, the removal rate of CODcr and NH3 - N all could reach above 80%.
