| 摘 要： | 为了提高企业培训服务质量和效率,根据实际需求,采用层次化、构件化的设计理念,使用基于Java技术的Web应用框架Struts和关系型数据库Oracle开发了企业培训质量管理系统。其具有功能完善、内容丰富、样式新颖、便于管理的特点,可以提高员工工作效率,促进企业良性发展。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality and efficiency of training services, the paper is based on the actual needs, using hierarchical, component-based design, Java technology based on Web application framework Struts and Oracle relational database to develop the corporate training quality management system. It has features of fully functional, rich content, innovative style, ease of management. The System can improve employee productivity, and promote healthy development of enterprises. |
