中厚板四辊可逆式轧机全数字自动控制系统的开发

摘    要:中厚板四辊可逆式轧机全自动控制系统采用了德西门子公司的S7-400可编程序控制器及6RA24全数字直流调速器,由过程计算机和基础自动化控制组成了两组计算机控制系统,实现了立轧、平轧、可逆轧制过程的自动化以及工艺模型的设定,使中厚板四辊轧机成为一套综合轧制能力较高,具有轧制工艺过程自动控制设定和极强的科研实验功能的大型全数字自动化控制设备。

Abstract:The total numerical control system of four high reverse rolling mill for medium steel plates applies S7-400 programmable controller and 6RA24 total numerical DC speed controller produced by Germany SIM Company.The two level computer control system is composed of process computer and basic automatic control.In so doing,the automation of edge,flat and reverse rolling processes and the setup of process model are realized.In this way,the four high plate mill will be a large scale and total numerical automatic control equipment,which combined with higher rolling power,automatic control setup of rolling process and most powerful function of scientific experements.
