| 摘 要： | 发电机组励磁碳刷打火在各个电厂的运行生产中是常见的现象,大坝发电有限责任公司的4台机组在相继投产的十几年里,均出现过不同程度的励磁碳刷打火现象,所以要引起我们的重视.通过2003年11月初的一次碳刷打火处理经过,从碳刷打火的现象进行分析、判断,找出了励磁碳刷产生打火的可能原因,利用运行规程和相关知识相结合的方法,提出了一系列处理碳刷打火的方法,最终将碳刷打火现象消除,并且进一步引伸至机组正常运行时,对励磁碳刷如何加强维护,以防止机组励磁碳刷打火现象的发生.

| Abstract: | Generator excitation carbon brush arcing is common in power plant operation. By analyzing carbon brush arcing find out the reason. Combing operation regulations and relevant knowledge put forward some methods to stop carbon brush arcing and how to make maintenance on excitation carbon brush to prevent carbon brush arcing. |
