| 摘 要： | 针对AX100摩托车启动主动齿轮的结构特点,制定冷挤压件坯料;讨论坯料形状和尺寸对该齿轮的成形难易程 度、充填性、内齿轮质量以及模具寿命的影响;介绍冷挤压成形模的结构,指出了模具设计、制造时应注意的事项。

| Abstract: | Considering the feature of structure for starting - gear of AX100 motorcycle, the suitable drawing of cold extrusion was determined; the effect of blank on the difficulty of deformation, degree of filling,quality of inner gear and service life of die etc. was discussed; the structure of cold extrusion die sets were introduced, and the points for attention in design and manufacture of the die were listed. |
