| 摘 要： | 近年来，中国黄金的产量和消费不断增加，黄金工业向实现集团化、规模化经营迈进。本文在简述中国黄金行业的企业现状，在黄金产量、价格和消费状况的基础上，对黄金产业结构进行较深入的分析，指出中国黄金行业的发展策略。

| Abstract: | Gold production and consumption in China is increasing recently. Gold industry is stepping into group’s operation and sizable management. This paper, based on current status of Chinese gold producers, gold production, price and consumption, analyzes the gold industrial structure and presents a strategy for Chinese gold industry. |
