| 摘 要： | 针对某型轿车发动机塑料零部件,采用高精度接触式三坐标测量机进行测量,采集能够反映轿车发动机塑料配件结构特征的离散点技术,并通过将逆向工程中所取得的三维点云与三维数模的拟合,对零件的实际尺寸和理论尺寸进行比较,得出了零件的真实制造尺寸,为模具的修改提供了切实可行的方案.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of contemporize mold industry, three coordinate accurate measurements are playing an increasing on the manufacture dimensi manufacturing dimension is on, obt important role in mold quality control. In order to get effective evaluation the registration between 3D cloud point and CAD mold is made and the real ained, which effects accordingly the improvement in the mold change proposal. |
