高铬铸铁抗磨、耐热、耐蚀性能的研究

摘    要:分析了高铬铸铁具有的抗磨、耐热、耐蚀性机理。通过对化学成分(碳、铬、和锰、钼、铜等合金元素及稀土元素)的含量在此3类铸铁中的影响研究,提出了相关设计参数。

Abstract:The mechanism of wear-resistance,heat-resistance and corrosionresistance of high chloride cast iron are analyzed respectively.Based on the effects of chemical composition(C,Cr,Mn,Mo,Cu,rare earth element,etc.) on the three types of high chromium cast iron,the corresponding technical parameters for design are suggested.
