| 摘 要： | 介绍了2WBF型双螺杆泵的工作原理和结构特点，以及在锦西石化分公司酮苯装置的使用情况，同时针对应用中出现的问题提出了改进措施。实际应用效果表明，此种双螺杆泵节能效果十分显著，设备故障率大大降低，更大的优点是蜡膏经过螺杆泵挤压后，改善了脱油结晶工艺条件，有效地降低了蜡含油，提高了产品质量。

| Abstract: | The work principle and structure feature of 2WBF type twin-screw pump,and its application in Ketone-Benzol unit of PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Company are introduced.The improving measures for the arised problems in the application are proposed.The application result shows that the energy conservation effect of this twin-screw pump is very remarkable,with decreased failure rate of equipmant.Especially,the conditions of crystallization technology for deoiling are improved after the slack wax was squeezed by the twin-screw pump,so the oil in wax is reduced effectively and the quality of products is improved. |
