摘    要:研究履带车辆转向行驶时行驶阻力以经验系数简化处理、转向阻力以均布接地压力为前提的计算结果与实际情况存在一定差别.在详细分析履带车辆底盘系统内部摩擦环节的基础上,建立了内部摩擦阻力计算模型.将纵向偏心距引入直线行驶阻力和转向阻力矩计算模型,并对其影响进行分析.最后建立履带车辆总阻力计算方法,并分析了不同土壤和纵向偏心距对各个阻力的影响.结果表明,较松软的土壤,其内外部阻力都较大;纵向偏心距的增大对直线行驶阻力和转向阻力矩产生相反的效果;内部阻力随着总阻力的增大而增大.

Abstract:In this study, the steering resistance of caterpillar vehicles is simplified based on the empirical coefficient and evenly-distributed ground pressure. Thus, there exists a gap between the calculation results and actual values. Upon completion of the frictional mechanism analysis on vehicle chassis system, an internal friction calculation model is established. In this way, the vertical eccentric displacement is employed to calculate the straightly-driving resistance and steering moment. Pertaining to various soils and vertical eccentric displacements, a novel method is developed for total vehicle resistance calculation. It is detected that the external resistance increases along with the increase of soil sponginess degree. Meanwhile, the increase of straightly-driving resistance and steering moment accompanies by the decrease of vertical eccentric displacement. Eventually, the internal resistance increases together with the increase of total resistance.
