非圆齿轮加工中刀具齿根与轮齿齿顶干涉分析

摘    要:对用渐开线圆柱齿轮插齿刀具加工非圆齿轮时产生的刀具齿根与轮齿齿顶的干涉问题进行了分析,提出了以非圆齿轮的节曲线最小曲率半径为计算基准,将非圆齿轮等效成具有相应节风景区线曲率半径的渐开线圆柱齿轮进行分析刀具齿根与轮齿齿顶干涉问题的方法,提出通过改变插齿刀的基本参数来避免干涉的方法,这种方法既可以避免刀具的齿根与非圆齿轮的齿顶的干涉,又不会引起其它的干涉现象产生,是解决非圆齿轮加工中产生干涉问题的有效方法。

Abstract:In this paper, interference between gear shaper root circle and non-circular gear tip curve in manufacturing non-circular gears by involute cylindrical shaper is analyzed, the scheme of interference analysis using calculation teeth is put forward on the basis of minimal radius of curvature in pitch curve of non-circular gear. This method changes the interference analysis between gear shaper root circle and non-circular gear tip curve in manufacturing non-circular gear which is similar to that of a cylindrical gear manufacturing process. A method to avoid this interference was offered by modifying the basic parameters of the shaper, and this method can avoid not only the interference between gear shaper root circle and non-circular gear tip curve, but also other interferences. It is an effective way to solve interference in manufacturing non-circular gears.
