| Abstract: | In this paper,we introduce a nonvolatile memory DS1996 which communicate with master using 1 wire protocol. It can be easily interfaced with CPU. And,it is a low-power chip. So it is suitable for the systems which are low-power and need to store data. The emphasis is put on the aspect of 1 wire logic and the development of the C software in DS1996. |
