超超临界高中压转子钢锻造工艺实验与数值模拟

摘    要:针对高中压转子钢X12CrMoNbN10-1-1,设计并进行了5种高温镦拔实验,获得了每种工艺锻后的金相组织和平均晶粒尺寸。通过热模拟压缩实验,测得该材料的高温流动应力曲线,并对每种工艺过程进行了数值模拟。综合分析实验结果和数值模拟结果,两镦两拔、三镦三拔和三拔两镦均具有良好的细化晶粒效果。

Abstract:Five experiments of forging processes for X12CrMoNbN10-1-1 steel were performed.Metallographs and average grain sizes for different processes were obtained after forging.Flow stress curves under high temperature were determined by compression test.By analyzing the results of numerical simulation and experiment data,it can be found that the processes of upsetting twice with stretching twice,upsetting three times with stretching three times and stretching three times with upsetting twice have better effect on refinement of grain size.
