热轧哈芬预埋槽钢孔型设计及实验

摘    要:根据某型号哈芬预埋槽钢产品的尺寸,按照复杂断面型钢孔型设计的一般原理,开发了一套热轧哈芬预埋槽钢孔型系统。利用DEFORM-3D有限元模拟软件,对所有道次中轧件的填充情况进行模拟分析,并改进了孔型系统。针对主要孔型进行了以铅为实验材料的轧制实验,实验结果表明,所开发的孔型可行。

Abstract:Based on a kind of Halfen embedded channel,in accordance with the general principles of complex section steel's pass design,a set of hot-rolled Halfen embedded channel pass system was developed.Using the DEFORM-3D finite element software,the filling conditions of all passes were analyzed and pass system was improved.Rolling experiments were carried out by using lead piece for main passes and satisfactory results were obtained.It is proved that the pass system designed is feasible.
