For the international EPC projects,engineering is always the key for EPC project management whether the project is in biding period or operation period.Firstly,the scale,standard and organization of the project are reflected in engineering.And engineering is the precondition for procurement and construction throughout the project operation.The expenses of procurement and construction will be decided once material and equipment technical specifications are finalized by engineering.A great deal of experience indicate that engineering is the key period for project expense control,so a good control of engineering is access to successful EPC project.
