深化改革需要进一步解放思想

近２０年来，改革开放的每一次新突破，都同思想解放分不开。解放思想是改革开放的强大动力。党的十五大是又一次新的思想解放。十玉大报告全面确立了党在社会主义初级阶段的目标、纲领和路线，历史性地解决了初级阶段所有制结构问题和公有制多样化的实现问题，正确解决了姓“公”姓“私”的争论问题。当前我们要进一步解放思想，正确认识改革的新突破、新发展，正确理解社会主义公有制经济，把握机遇，大胆探索，把改革大业推向前进。

Deepening Reform Needs to Emancipate the Mind Further

For the last twenty years, without emancipating the mind, there will be no new breakthrough in reforming and opening policy. Emancipating the mind is a magic weapon, strong impulse of reforming and opening policy. And the 15th NCCPC is just another emancipation in ideology. In the report, it establishes the party's aim, program, and route when socialism in her elementary phase,solves the structural problem concerning ownership of elementary socialism and the problem involving the versatility of realization of public own- ership historically,what's more,the quarrelsome problem of "public"or "brivate". At present, we should emancipate the mind deeply, understand new breakthrough, new development in course of reform, and the public ownership, grasp opportunity, research boldly, develop the reform cause to a brand new stage.
