峡江工程坝基固结灌浆试验分析

摘    要:坝基固结灌浆是一种能够改善岩体性能的施工方法,其施工质量的好坏直接影响坝体的安全。以峡江水利枢纽工程9#泄水闸坝基为例,对现场布置的6个检测孔进行固结灌浆和压水试验,通过比较灌浆前后岩体波速、完整系数和透水率的变化,综合评价岩体固结灌浆效果和抗渗性能。结果表明,灌浆后,岩体形状发生变化,岩体较完整,整个声波波速得到较大提高,提高幅度可达33.03%,透水率明显下降,渗透性能较好。

Experimental Study on Consolidation Grouting of the Dam base of the Xiajiang River Project

Abstract:Consolidation grouting of the dam base is a type of construction method which could im- prove the mechanical properties of rock and construction quality have a direct impact on the stability on the dam body. Based on the Dam base of 9^# sluice gate in Xiajiang River Project, the consolidation grouting and water pressure test were carried out in six detection holes, by compare of rock velocity, integrality index and permeability rate both before grouting and after grouting, evoluation the effect of consolidation grouting and infiltration resistance. Results show that, the shape of rock has changed and the integrity is evaluated to be well,the velocity of rock increased up to 33.03%, permeability rate has declined markedly which has good penetration.
