| 摘 要： | 水资源短缺已成为制约新疆某些地区工农业生产发展的主要因素之一,因此跨流域调水就成为缓解水资源短缺地区供需水矛盾最有效的方法之一。然而调水工程的实施,会对调水工程本身产生一定的影响,从调水工程的调水量及水库的运行方式出发,探讨跨流域调水对电站装机容量选择的影响。

| Abstract: | Water resources shortage has become one of the main factors to restrict the development of industrial and agricultural production in some areas of Xinjiang, therefore the inter basin water transfer has become one of the most effective methods to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of the area where water resource shortage. However, the implementation of the water transfer project, water transfer project itself will produce certain effect. In this paper , the influence of inter basin water transfer on power plant installed capacity selection is discussed in the view of the water diversion and operation mode of reservoir. |
