校园公房管理信息系统中三维GIS的应用研究

校园公房管理的工作量正随着高校规模的日益扩大而迅速增长,传统的作业方式与手段己不能满足房产管理的需要。要实现房产管理的科学化、规范化、自动化,就必须借助地理信息系统的技术来建立房产管理信息系统。该文应用ArcGIS软件对客户端进行二次开发,实现了校园电子地图的网上发布与三维显示分析功能。该系统不仅整合了关于校园房屋的基本属性数据资料,还集成了校园规划图和现状图等空间数据,统一了校园地理空间信息和房屋信息,为进一步深入探索基于Web的校园管理信息系统奠定了研究基础。
