摘    要:在高速钢轧辊离心铸造凝固过程中加入电磁搅拌,可明显减轻高速钢轧辊偏析,研究了磁场强度对高速钢轧辊偏析的影响,随着磁场强度的增加,元素偏析减轻,但磁场强度超过0.053 T后,钒元素偏析反而增大.分析了外加电磁场减轻离心铸造高速钢轧辊偏析的原因.

Abstract:The electromagnetic stirring in the solidification stage of centrifugal casting high speed steel rolls can lighten the segregation of alloying elements,the influence of the intensity of electromagnetic field on the segregation has been researched.The results show that the segregation of elements lightens with the increase of the intensity of electromagnetic field,and the segregation of vanadium element increases instead when the intensity of electromagnetic field exceeds 0.053 T.The reason that electromagnetic field lightens the segregation of high speed steel roll has been particularly analyzed.
