摘    要:针对带钢轧制过程中金属横向变形对带钢板形的生成存在影响的问题,根据最小能量原理建立了可分析轧制过程中金属横向变形的轧件三维变形力学模型和数值解法,将之与基于二维变厚度有限元法的辊系弹性变形专用仿真软件相结合,形成了辊系弹性变形和轧件三维塑性变形的一体化仿真算法和软件系统。在此基础上,以某厂1420mm冷连轧机组末机架为研究对象,对板形生成过程进行了仿真分析。

Abstract:Aimed at the influence of the lateral metal deformation on strip shape in the rolling process,three-dimension deformation models and mathematical method for analyzing the lateral metal deformation in the rolling process are built by using the minimum energy principle. An integral simulation model is established by combining the method to solve the three-dimension plastic deformation of strip with the two dimension finite element method with varying thickness to solve the elastic deformation of roll system. Regarding a 1420mm five stand tandem cold mill as object,calculation and analyzing are made efficiently by using this simulation model.
