纸质餐具中纤维素纤维在紫外光光照下的降解研究

摘    要:纸质餐具在生态环境中的降解性能是衡量纸质餐具环境效益的一个重要指标。利用波长为290~400 nm的紫外光照射,可以使纸质餐具中的纤维素长链发生断裂而降解。实验表明,光照可以加速纸质餐具的老化,使纤维素的白度、聚合度、结晶度、抗张强度发生变化,重量减轻。防水剂防油剂的加入会阻碍试样聚合度、抗张强度、重量的下降,因此不利于纸质餐具的降解。

Abstract:Degradability of paper-based container is very important to evaluate the its environmental performance. Under the radiation of ultraviolet light of 290~400 nm, paper-based container can be degraded. Result showed that when containers were radiated under UV light for 7 weeks, the brightness, degree of polymerization (DP), strength at break and weightiness of samples all decreased while crystallinity increased. The addition of water-proof and oil-proof agents prevented the decrease of brightness, DP, strength at break, weightiness of samples, so was unfavorable for the degradation of paper-based containers.
