最佳拟合曲线在轮重测试仪中的应用

摘    要:最佳拟合曲线法可寻找火车轮重测量仪设计中轮重与活塞位移间的函数关系.即先选择二次曲线作为系统最佳拟合曲线,通过实际测量得到所需的标定数据.再根据该数据计算出系数矩阵,由此得出所需的最佳拟合曲线.最后是用最佳拟合曲线求函数值的C语言子程序.实践证明该算法可有效解决数据测量问题.

Abstract:Curve fitting algorithm can be used to research the function relation between the wheel weight and the piston offset distance in the design of the wheel weight test system. Firstly, in the system, conic is chosen as the best curve fitting. The original data is all acquired from practice. Then based on the original data, coefficient matrix is computed and the best curve fitting is solved. Lastly, C program of using the best curve fitting to solve the quadratic equation is presented. Practice proves that the algorithm is an effective method to solve the question of the data measured.
