On Sludge Treatment Design & Run Control of Purification Plant

Taking sludge treatment system of Xiangshan Binhai Purification Plant for example,the process flow of its sludge treatment is introduced in this paper.The functions & device configuration conditions of main structures are carried out such as backflow tank,sludge discharge tank,concentrated tank,sludge hoisting pump room and dewatering house,etc,and moreover,the start of different device,run frequency and other run control settings are presented in proper order.Finally,according to one year’s run condition,several problems and related countermeasures are summarized including sludge well blocking,floating trough inclining,dewatering sludge concentration control and starting liquid level adjustment of backflow bump,etc.The practice improves that its sludge treatment system design and run control have arrived at the expected effect.
