摘    要:制造执行系统是实现企业信息集成的关键技术,是企业信息化工程领域的研究热点之一。分析了制造执行系统的定义和功能,并提出基于软件构件的可重构制造执行系统的软件体系结构和实现方法。可重构制造执行系统的开发与运行实践表明,可重构制造执行系统的软件开发效率高、周期短、可扩展性好。

Study on Reconfigurable Manufacturing Execution System Based on Software Component
Abstract:Manufacturing execution system is a computer aided production management system. Therefore, it is not only enabling technology of the integration of enterprise information, but also one of the most important research areas in computer integrated manufacturing system. Definition and function of manufacturing execution system were thus analyzed. Moreover, software component based architecture of reconfigurable manufacturing execution system and its implementation methodology were suggested. A design and implementation example of reconfigurable manufacturing execution system is given to demonstrate that these architecture and implementation methodology are correct and fesible. It is shown that software development method based on reconfigurable manufacturing execution system has higher efficiency, shorter development cycle and better extensibility.
